I can provide you with Personal Training on a one-to-one basis in the Les Gets / Morzine areas of the French Alps. Your training programmes can include Gym Based Boxing, Metabolic Resistance Conditioning Training, Circuit Training. I can give general nutritional guidance if you’d like some pointers.

I want to help you to gradually achieve a better level of fitness by providing you with bespoke training programmes that focus on your fitness and nutritional goals, and to help improve fitness and strength in your areas of weakness. We can do this in the comfort of your own home. During the summer months once the weather improves we can train outdoors in the freshest air available!
